Rules & Regulations 2025
This section provides rules, guidelines, and specify what an exhibitor can and cannot do with their booth space. These rules and guidelines are based on the physical characteristics of the exhibit hall, the intent to be equally fair to all exhibitors, and the safety of all concerned. Please review these rules and plan your display accordingly as variances will not be granted prior to the Show or on-site.

Hotel & Travel
PAX East takes place at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC), which is conveniently located in the heart of Boston, Massachusetts.

The BCEC is conveniently located just minutes away from Boston’s major highways and is easily accessible from Boston’s Logan Airport as well as South Station. DISMANTLE

This is a Targeted Move Out. Please reference the Target Move Out Plan for your assigned time. ALL booths must be 100% packed by 10:00 PM on Monday, May 12. Loading will continue through Tuesday, May 13. Please have your carrier check in 1 to 2 hours prior to your targeted move out time. All exhibitors must be packed up and ready at their designated time to avoid off-target surcharges. The Marshaling Yard closes at 10:00 pm.
Monday, May 12 - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Please have your carrier check in 1 to 2 hours prior to your targeted move out time. The Marshaling Yard closes at 5:00 PM. ALL booths must be 100% packed by 5:00 PM.
Tuesday, May 13 - 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Please have your carrier check in 1 to 2 hours prior to your targeted move out time. The Marshaling Yard closes at 12:00 PM. All exhibitor materials MUST be removed by 12:00 pm.
